Level 1 introduces fundamental body awareness, basic mechanics, and safe landing protocols. It splits into a children's track focusing on listening and safety, and a teen/adult track centered on community training and physical limits. Students learn to recognize and name basic techniques to build a highly controlled and secure movement foundation.
Level 2 builds directly upon foundations under controlled, low-pressure classroom settings. The curriculum introduces more demanding skills that require heightened precision and structural mastery. The main milestone is turning basic, isolated movements into consistent, strong, and highly repeatable techniques.
Level 3 takes techniques past static drills to test physical and psychological control. Students must demonstrate mastery of Level 1 and 2 movements while running at speed and navigating elevated obstacles. Training emphasizes impact management and overcoming psychological barriers to prepare athletes for intermediate training.
Level 4 transitions athletes from individual movements into linking fluid strings of skills. Students begin practicing in unpredictable environments that simulate real-world, outdoor, and competition-style challenges. The goal is learning to seamlessly connect techniques and dynamically adapt movement pathways to complex situations.
Level 5 focuses on polishing the core curriculum to an elite standard of technical mastery. Instead of learning new tricks, students train to execute complex sequences and physical challenges with absolute consistency and control. Achieving this level certifies an advanced tier of parkour proficiency through rigorous conditioning.
Level 6 broadens training horizons by allowing athletes to shape their practice around personal strengths. Students deep-dive into the four core pillars: Strength, Speed, Adaptation, and Flow. Developing comprehensive expertise in each specialized field prepares the practitioner for advanced, self-directed movement.
Level 7 shifts the coach's role from instructing rigid techniques to guiding individual development. Students gain the freedom to pursue skills outside the standard curriculum to cultivate their own unique movement style. To progress, athletes must complete a personal project reflecting all their specialized work.
Level 8 represents the apex of the skill system, testing elite physical and mental capabilities. Practitioners learn to apply their parkour expertise across related professional fields like coaching, stunt work, or performance arts. Athletes complete extreme master challenges throughout complex environments to demonstrate absolute control and fear management.
